Our unique real-world curriculum, workshops, conversations, and other supportive resources are designed first to teach our youth the value of their “Voices” and then the skills needed to make the right "Choices" so that their voices and concerns can be heard! Our participants are supported in creating and implementing personal visions of success and strategic plans for wellness throughout their lifespan.

Mastering Skills
The skills learned through TSMTWF curriculum will aid in the empowerment of our youth to break the generational barriers that have limited their exposure to the world outside their communities. Domestic and international multicultural education will be an intricate component of the program.
In addition to classroom training and mentorship, professional speakers will engage in monthly seminars to discuss a vast array of career paths. The primary focus of these discussions is to educate participants on building and maintaining a career of their choice while understanding that each position serves a purpose, has value, and is of importance.
